****
Dear Shri Kejriwal

Hello, again! Though I am pleased to communicate with someone of your stature again, I regret to express my disappointment that you have still not bought shoes despite having been sent funds as early as February. Sir, as I had requested earlier, please do not hesitate to write to me if you are in need of more funds for the shoes. Please don’t worry about funds. As promised earlier, I will go around the city collecting more. However, in the highly unlikely situation, that you might have decided to dishonour my humble request, kindly use the funds to sponsor a pair of shoes to the first BPL child whom you see going to school barefoot. Please do not use those funds to award cash to or buy sewing machines for people who rape girls in Delhi. Also, please do not misuse the money to book centrefold pages of newspapers in Kerala, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Assam, Chhattisgarh, etc. for singing hymns of how you have improved the cleanliness of Ward #8 of Rohini.

Next, I would like to remind your kind self that the Hon’ble Prime Minster of India, Shri Narendra Modi may or may not follow people who insult women, but you, sir, do follow similar individuals, whom I cannot name (not for fear of a defamation suit, but simply because I don’t remember their names). You might have overlooked their misdemeanours on your timeline in the flood of your own Tweets & Retweets, but might I point out that some of the people whom you follow openly abuse women on Twitter. Not only do you continue to follow them, but you use unacceptable & derogatory language for the Prime Minister yourself! Sir, you are the Chief Minister of the capital of the country. You are requested to kindly refrain from such kind of political misconduct, sir! Such words do not project a very good image of you & as a well-wisher, I do not want your image to be tarnished. Such antics should neither be the style of such a highly qualified, intelligent & wonderful person as you are, nor is it in conformity with the good spirit & decorum of the chair that you occupy.

Now that we are talking about the Social Media, I would also like to also inform you that several of your supporters & followers had showered me with tremendous hatred when my previous letter (dated 02/02/2016) had surfaced. An elaborate variety of words were used against me. The explicity of the language was impeccable! I didn’t even know that such words existed in Hindi & English dictionaries. Not just the aam aadmis who support you, even Aam Aadmi Party’s official spokesperson & a minister in your cabinet, Shri Kapil Mishra, responded in scathing words. [Ref. #2] Your spokesperson indirectly pointed me out, among others who subscribed to my opinion, & called us fools. PUBLICLY. If this is the way your party reacts to honest suggestions for improvement, the aam aadmis at large will have to re-evaluate your party’s level of “tolerance” & compare it with that of the water table in Latur & Bundelkhand.

Anyway… Politics apart, I am glad to know that, being a highly qualified engineer & a very successful bureaucrat yourself, you value education, wisdom & knowledge so much. Since your party’s leaders & supporters endorse Swami Viveaknanda, I would like to share 4 of my favourite Quotes from the great sage:

If you have knowledge and see a man weak, do not condemn him. Go to his level and help him if you can. He must grow.

Do you feel for others? If you do, you are growing in oneness. If you do not feel for others, you may be the most intellectual giant ever born, but you will be nothing; you are but dry intellect, and you will remain so.

Experience is the only teacher we have. We may talk and reason all our lives, but we shall not understand a word of truth until we experience it ourselves.

Experience is a far more glorious teacher than any amount of speculation, or any amount of books written by globe-trotters and hasty observers.

Sir, though I first read these quotes on www.narendramodi.in [Ref. #3], but to prevent you (& AAP) from questioning their authenticity, I have cross verified the authenticity of each quote from other non political sources on the internet personally. Sir, let us hypothetically, accept that by virtue of being a technical graduate from a premier government institute, you are superior to Shri Narendra Modi. Now, sir, (keeping in mind Quotes # 1 & 2), is it not your moral responsibility as a learned engineer to give the Prime Minister, Shri Modi, an opportunity to learn & understand the value of formal education instead of publicly demeaning & denouncing him repeatedly? As a (self proclaimed) academic superior, shouldn’t you help the Prime Minister by suggesting improvements that he can bring about? One of the main components of knowledge & wisdom is experience. [Quotes #3 & 4] Your experience as an administrator has been so bad, sir, that you once decided to quit on 49. However, Shri Modi’s experience has been more than phenomenal for almost 2 decades! You have just started politics. You might be able to compete with Shri Modi someday, few years down the line. But not just yet! Please give yourself some time, sir. Please gain some experience of politics & governance. Then you can stake claim to be the Prime Minister.

Sir, despite your supporters & leaders demeaning me to their hearts’ content, I have written to you again, with the hope that they will be more lenient on social media this time. That means that I am not a coward. You might also appreciate that I still continue to use dignified language in my communication with you. I hope you are convinced that I’m not a psychopath either. Having established these, I would like to humbly request you to please identify the people who are abusing those who constructively criticise you, unfollow them & at least get them clean chits from your party’s “internal Lokpal” before you appoint yourself as Shri Modi’s Social Media Advisor. Sir, I have no political affiliations & have no grudges against you, but to see you not only following, but also retweeting some of their Tweets, speaks of a double standard on your part.

Speaking of double standards, I will now come to the main agenda… First, I am pleased to inform you that last month, with the unceremonious dismissal of Shri Harish Rawat’s government in Uttarakhand, you have gained spot in the list of my favourite Chief Ministers & are now in 30thposition. Sir, as a fan, I don’t expect you to have double standards. However, I have recently observed some of it in you. Sir, how is it that all your tweets are invariably against the central government in general & the Hon’ble Prime Minster in Particular? When an Italian court names Italian citizen “Signora” Gandhi for what happened during her party’s rule, you still question the Indian Prime Minister for his perceived inaction against her. However, when a Tamil Signora was named by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, you did not question the Italian Signora for her inaction! Signora K essentially did precisely what the Signora G did – manipulate technicalities & price tags for monetary kickbacks. One while selling an undervalued product & the other while purchasing an overvalued one, but at the end of the day, both eventually sold the country. But, your silence over them, sir, was deafening. That was okay, Article 20 provides you the freedom to take up issues of your choice & completely ignore the rest. But when I saw Twitterverse going wild this morning & ‪#‎KejriSavingSonia‬started trending on Twitter like wildfire, I was alarmed & concerned about you. Sir, when political experts’ panels on TV talk about which constituency is whose stronghold, I always hold the opinion that regardless of what the trends in ground are, social media is an AAP stronghold. Since you are the most active Chief Minister on Twitter, & I am given to understand that your Prime Ministerial campaign in 2019 will be fought, & won/lost “online”, I want you to maintain your image there. I trust your political wisdom & know that you will do the needful in this regard.

Now, coming to the questions that you have raised about Shri Modi’s degree recently; Article 19(1) gives you, as citizen, the freedom to ask questions, a freedom that you have overtly & extensively enjoyed since time immemorial. But, sir, do you know how many times you have breached Article 19(2) while exercising these right provided by you via 19A? Was there no better way than using the kind of harsh language that you did for an honest officer of the Central Information Commissioner, Prof. Shridhar Acharyalu in your above referred query? You not only raised doubt over the Prime Minister’s degree, but also raised questions on the integrity of the Commission itself, before either of them could even gather your communication! Sir, you are an IIT product & a successful IRS officer. Shouldn’t you have given people reasonable time to respond before raising such questions, especially people from public domain & those having a busy life, such as the Primes Minister & the CIC? Anyway, despite your harsh words, the CIC was kind enough to issue a directive to the Universities to make the degrees public. And now that BJP President, Shri Amit Shah & Leader of the House (Rajya Sabha), Shri Arun Jaitley have come out with hard copies of the Prime Minister’s degrees earlier today, I hope this will put all your doubts to rest for all time to come.

However, another mystery which remains unsolved to this day is one which was actively persuaded by the learned living legend by name Dr. Subramanian Swamy, another amazing anti-corruption crusader. FYI, Dr. Swamy holds Ph.D from Harvard, a M.Stat. from Indian Statistical Institute & a M. Sc. From the Hindu College, DU. He not only studied in those universities, but also teaches people in Universities, courts & now, the parliament. So, Dr. Swamy has said that your aforementioned Signora had claimed to hold a Cambridge Diploma. Not only did he challenge her to supporting her claims with documents, but also raised a Breach of Privilege notice with the Lok Sabha speaker. I think he was doing his groundwork for an AAP invite some decades down the line, don’t you? Anyway, the speaker, Shri GMC Bala Yogi, a senior TDP leader from my city, who ironically left for heavenly abode in a helicopter crash later on, gave your Signora indefinite period to respond. 3 years later, she came out saying that she had not read the affidavit before signing it. Three years for such a lame excuse! Can you believe it, sir? What would you call such a person? Uneducated, right? With your unforgiving vigilante attitude, would you let her get away? But Late Bala Yogi ji did. He accepted her excuse & she got away. Since you were younger & not very active in politics back then, chances are that it might have slipped out of your mind. So I thought I’d remind/inform you that this “inadvertent printing mistake” happened at least thrice between 1999 & 2004. A beautiful coincidence, isn’t it?

However, like you, the political (& academic) Methuselah isn’t the kind of person who lets bad people get away so easily. With god himself nursing his mettle, Dr. Swamy moved the Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, who heard the matter for another few years. Judge sa’ab realised the gravity of the crime (perjury), consequences (prison) & perhaps fearing intervention (presstitutes), directed Dr. Swamy (petitioner) to ignore the breach (of privilege) & let her go as the matter was very old. [Ref #4] The so-called “intolerant” party stalwart showed miraculous maturity & let her go. However, Mr. Goswami was not as much in the forefront back then. As a result, the incident was conspicuously absent from front pages of newspapers & Prime Time News.

I was not satisfied. After waiting for someone to rake this up again for several years, I have finally found a fearless crusader in you, someone who will expose all uneducated people in public. This, sir, among all the points above, brings me to the REAL reason behind writing to you today. Today, with this letter, I humbly request you, sir, to kindly demand the Central Information Commission to also make Signora Gandhi’s degrees public. I would like to conclude by paraphrasing a few lines from your above refereed letter:
